It has been our pleasure to assist C.F. Applebrook Meadows

Applebrook Meadows features 136 luxury carriage homes built by Toll Brothers with neighborhood amenties that include a clubhouse, fitness center, a pool and walking trails.  The development of this 42-acre site included the preservation of 18-acres of sensitive open space.  The project was part of a Unified Development Plan that included Bryn Mawr Rehabilitation Hospital and and other Open Space lands adjacent to the Willowbrook Preserve.

    Maybrook

    Maybrook is a new 250-unit luxury apartment community situated in Wynnewood that fuses classic architecture, spectacular gardens and green space with top of the line amenities and convenience. Development of this 44-acres site features the preservation of the Maybrook Mansion which was built in 1881 in traditional “Main Line Gothic” style along with its gardens and over 20-acres of open space.

    Approval of this project required both Conditional Use and Land Development /Subdivision approvals. The project includes a 464-space parking garage, outdoor pool, paddle ball courts, dog park, community garden and an extesive walking path through the property. Preservation of the mansion and assoicated open space required the implementation of a parking garage which is wraped by the new apartment building to make it possible.

      Great Valley Crossing

      Great Valley Crossing features 42 new luxury single-family homes with modern open layouts to be built by Toll Brothers in the Great Valley School District. The development of this 41.5-acre site includes the preservation of 21-acres of sensitive open space and the rehabilitation of the existing historic residence. The project is located within an exceptional value watershed and has been designed to maintain a significant riparian buffer around the stream.

        Michael was an integral team member on several projects during my 15 years as Headmaster at the Haverford School.
